Currently, the only way to achieve this is to change the pak files which a lot of people don't want to do, because it can mess with your game, and also because riot client repairs it after you close the game, so you have to keep changing the pak files every time you want to play valorant. It's entirely possible to have say japanese or korean or hindi voice lines, while still having all the text be english, riot just seems to not care about providing that option.
Is this something riot might consider implementing?

Ironically in iron I’ve seen more spectre kills after the patch due to the spray hitting the head more
I swear after the spectre nerfs people were doing better with the gun in iron since the accuracy nerfs means aiming at the body has more chance of accidentally turning into a headshot.

I thought valorant was supposed to be designed around low spec rigs?
But when I play with my 8gb ram and 1660 mobile and ryzen 5 4600h my game still fucking starts lagging and frame dropping. And no it's not internet issues either, I have 50-100mbps internet and its through LAN so it never randomly disconnec...
