Popular female character Viper uses poisonous gas and Toxins which is a form of a Biological weapon and In 1972 Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) bans the use and production of Biological weapons hence the use of biological weapons is against the international humanitarian law so guys Viper is a War criminal and we should arrest her as soon as possible
