Steal from csgo: either make it an option to queue to dm servers where nobody can hear footsteps or make maps dedicated to do deathmatch. A map made for practicing aim. Or both. I have over 4K hours in CS and used to practice in the community servers every day, but in valorant the deathmatch mode is straight cancer for long periods of time.
