The best way to improve in Valorant is to play for self improvement. DO not play for your rank. Your rank is only a way to see where your skillset is at. Don't be ashamed of yourself if you're hardstuck Iron-Bronze-Silver. As your improve, so will your rank.

Is it too much to ask for callouts?
Dropped from silver 3 to bronze only because nobody was giving callouts.
Worst part is that I'm being called a noob for asking...
Edit : questioning myself whether or not I'm good enough at the game because I'm not able to carry sometime...
