Has anyone noticed or know why the weekly xp is only 7.2k? I realize its the start of the act but this seems just bad.

Are Ult Points/Orbs the souls of people?

When someone disconnects, they leave behind an Ult orb to pick up
When you kill someone, you get an ult point
