I don't know if i'm at a plateau, or if im just stuck or what, but i'm not sure what I need to improve, or how to do it. I seem to be mid to bottom fragging every match, and can't seem to get many kills. I don't think i've gotten a single game as immortal 1 with more than 20 kills yet, or match MVP and i'm not sure what is wrong. Is anyone radiant or high elo, and would like to comment?

Ive been looking for a fix to this problem, and I dont really see anyone talking about it. Every time I try to adjust the volume of my team mates, It ALWAYS resets to 50, so unless they're in my party I cant adjust their volume at all.
