I went into a ranked match in silver 3 and got a teammate brimstone that was refusing to use utillity and said that he is an analyst and he receives money for reporting and BANNING people ,while he was not playing the game in an ranked match , reported him for being a thread and his only argument was that he was only 2 kills behind me and accusing an enemy viper for hacking , what can I do more ?

Tips to get from diamond to immortal?
I hit imm1 but then deranked to d3. What can I do to stay in immortal and be good in immortal. What do immortal players do, but diamonds don't?
