So from what I know there are parts to the rank system in Valorant, that being the visible rank and MMR (Matchmaking Rating). Visible rank being the rank you see in your career (e.g. Platinum, Bronze, Radiant) and MMR being a sort of hidden elo which determines the players you play against and your RR gains and loses. What I don't understand is aside from recent match performance, what factors can affect your MMR?

Game Sound Effects too Loud on Headphones
With headphones, I know hearing every little sound detail in a game is a huge advantage. However, after a game or two, the sound effects just feel so loud... Such as when bullet spraying, agent-specfic sound effects, and the rotating door...
