Hey guys, I'm gonna make a quick introduction. I am a 14 year old player who has hit immortal with around 300 hours. My only previous fps experience was around 150 hours in OW (where I hit diamond) and 100 hours in CSGO where I hit LE. Now, I am extremely aware of the risks when it comes to becoming a professional in just about anything. However, given my young age and pedigree thus far I have a (likely unwarranted) confidence that I can make it. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that becoming a (somewhat) high level player at this age with such few hours compared to the rest means I possess a certain degree of talent. I can put in around 30 hours a week of playing without it affecting what I am doing in the real world possibly at all, maybe even able to push to 40 depending on how much HW/sleep I get. I will also be able to put in around 8-10 hours a day during the summer (in which I have 4 of before I'm 18). Is this enough time (keep in mind I am very aware of the science of improvement and active learning; i.e VOD reviewing, being able to translate every death into a way to improve, watching pros, aim training properly, and keeping very solid IRL habits) to genuinely improve efficiently from here? Can anybody with experience let me know if this is something worth pursuing and how I should go about this? (it's too early to tell but) If anybody were to be able to make it, could I be one?

What happens to your rank dorito when you hit Radiant but drop to Immortal 3 just before the act ends?
