So last night I was playing some valorant spike rush on my own, and the enemy team had 5 enemies between the levels 10-30 with one-two word names. They were definitely not new players and killed almost everybody.

I checked one of their account a level 26 Reyna. They were diamond 3.

I told my teammates about them because I encountered them again and told them they were smurfs. My teammate replied “it’s not smurfing in spike rush.”

That got me curious. Do you consider smurfing only in competitive or do you count every mode (spike rush, unrated, etc.) also as smurfing?
