what if you could copy other people's crosshairs

i had an idea that, if you're spectating someone and they have a crosshair that you like, there would be an option to save that crosshair, to avoid the pain of needing to adjust yours.

When Brimstone drops his Stim Pack, does that alert the enemies through sound?

I mean I know they can see it visually, but do they also hear the voiceline / the placing of the Stim Pack? Thanks!
