I'm a main raze, and recently I've picked Phoenix (which I haven't done since the beta) and I found it super easy to get used to. So I was thinking of a list from the easiest to the most difficult agents to use.
This is not considering how difficult it is to master this agent, but how easy it is for a person who's never used this agent to actually use its kit well regardless of previous experience.
Please, I wanna know how the community sees the agents in terms of how easy or hard they are. Leave your opinions!
My list goes (from the easiest)
1) Phoenix. His kit is very intuitive, the pop flash is super easy to use, despite being main raze for over 8 months, I thought that being an entry frag is a lot easier with the wall and the flashes.
2) Reyna. Blind, heal, dismiss. Pretty simple.
3) Sage. I think Sage is an easy agent in the sense that, if all the agents I'm used to are picked and I have to choose an agent I've never used, Sage is a good candidate. I can still help regardless of not knowing any tricks.
4) Breach. 3 flashes, stun and an instakill through wall skill. I hate playing against breach. I just hate it. I know his win rate is not that great, but holy shit, I hate seeing an enemy breach.
5) Brimstone. Not because his kit is super easy, but because you don't have much to use. Smoke where you have to, use the molotov, buff your teammates.
6) Raze. If you have never played with Raze, you'll definitely suffer to jump around. But with a instakill nade that resets after 2k, you can work around from the floor. Her ult used to be OP, but now you have to expose yourself a lot for one kill.
7) Jett. The favorite of many pro players. Her ult is super OP, but only if you are OP as well. It requires your own skill to kill enemies. But she has the dash, which pretty much makes her an annoying opponent. One button and you're out of range.
8) Sova. If we're considering a bad Sova, he'd go up in the list. But a bad sova is the same as not having a sova at all. In order to play as Sova, and not as a CS character in Sova skin, in order to use his kit, you need to have a good understanding of his mechanics.
9) Skye. I think it's hard to play Skye mostly because she's not a good agent. The flashes are good because they detect people, but it's a slow flash, so you have to know how to abuse it.
10) Killjoy. Highest win rate in the game right now. But you only get that win rate after a few games with her and some time spent in personalized games to test set ups. First time playing KJ is not gonna be a good game for you.
11) Cypher. I've never played Cypher. I have no idea. I think Cypher is just too difficult to do anything. but that's just me.
12) Omen. If you ignore the teleports, he's somewhat okay to use. If you're gonna use TPs, well... you'll likely die if you're not used to think as Omen. Using the ult wrong is a constant risk.
13) Viper. This character is so difficult that no one uses her. Why care. I actually think Viper can be pretty decent if you master her, specially in between low and high elos, but if you're going to pick her for the first time in your life, you'll just annoy your teammates.
14) Astra. Astra is the most difficult agent in the game right now, in my opinion. Because she relies a lot in the team. If the team is not giving her good calls, she's impossible to play with. So even if you're an experienced Astra player, if your team is not experienced in playing with an Astra in the team, you're fucked.
Bonus: Yoru. I don't think he can be considered easy or hard to play with. I think he's just stupid. At the moment, I would prefer he didn't exist.
Please share your list or your thoughts :)
