I personally buy full util and roll with the classic or shorty depending on the angle im holding.
I used to buy only cheap util and buy a ghost no matter what agent I played.

Am i getting worse ?
I was asc 3 playing against high ascendant players with averaging 17-19 kills a game now im ascendant 1 playing against high diamond and cant even kill 5 people sometimes in a game it feels like im boosted or smth
