Every agent but brimstone have reusable abilities. Why?
Hello. I wonder why every (or sorry if I am missing any of them) agent have their reusable (cool down) abilities but brimstone? One of his abilities must be reusable. Such as Molly or smoke

Before RIOT does anything more to punish leavers, they should fix error VAN 6.
