I'm a plat player and I cannot emphasize how much hatred and abhor players give to lurkers. I mean it would be understandable if I'm a duelist or an initiator lurking, but I'm a sentinel main. Apparently all of my teammates don't know what getting map control is, and it's just so annoying to hear them every game that I should join them because all they know is holding W and rushing a site every round. If I don't listen to them, they get tilted and toxic to me, and honestly it makes ranked not fun anymore.
