What is a good fast weapon?

I just got the game today and was wondering about some good weapons. I like the smg but was wondering if there is a specific type that’s better. Sorry if this is stupid I’m really new

@Riot: Can you please include in the Agent's ability descriptions (in-game) what does concussion, daze, vulnerable, etc. actually do to enemy players? A plea from a newbie.

It would be very helpful for newer players (like myself) if you could simply include in the descriptions of the Agent's abilities that apply those debuffs (concussion, daze, vulnerable, etc.) what exactly are they causing to enemy players....

Why cant i see the finisher when i get a kill by Radiant crisis. I can see the finisher if my opponent kills me, but not when i kill the opponent, my graphic settings are at high. Is this happening with anyone else?
