What is this gun glitch?

I was playing an unrated game with my friends. The gun looked normal from my point of view however, my friends who were spectating me saw this. I do not have a spectre skin. During the game, there were also many other glitches such as the reyna on the scoreboard appearing red. I am wondering if this was something that happens often when playing valorant.

Do you find it difficult to tell the difference between enemy viper smoke/wall and your teammate?

I can't tell the difference, unless there's something I'm missing. It can make attack a living hell as an entry fragger if you have Vipers on both teams.
