i'm currently tier 42 on the battlepass and i do all the daily/weekly missions and play about 4-5 competitive games a day will i be able to reach tier 50 b4 it ends?

I see trolls always getting the spike first and I don’t understand how; does it have something to do with the pc specs and fps/ping or something? Also I heard you can take the kick the trolling defused by pressing defuse but it never works...
