Ascendant 1 can only play with people ascendant 1 to 3 for example. And the flat rr gained or lost per game is dependent on your performance. Instead of outright collectively guessing your rank based on your performance, just award high rr for high performance and conversely deduct high rr for bad peformances. Talking up to 39-50 rr adjustments
