I played a match today (Diamond-Ascendant Lobby) where there was a Neon who was so blatantly cheating but despite all our reports and him literally acing our team in 2 seconds, was not banned during the match. It's now been several hours since that match ( we played it out 2-13 expecting a ban mid-game) but the player still hasn't gotten banned and I loss 18 RR for it. Do I get that 18 RR if/when they eventually do get banned? If anyone is curious I can link the VOD anyone doubting they were cheating.
