I know whenever you vod review you’re not supposed to focus on small mistakes and focus on the main issues, but whenever I try to vod review I can only see these small mistakes. What should I look for when vod reviewing to find the big mistakes?

why do so many people care so much about their ranks?
I constantly see people complaining about being hardstuck or wanting to get into a better rank. Teammates yelling at me or other teammates that *we're* the reason *they* are hardstuck in bronze 3. Why though? I could understand if you someh...
