I watch any good raze and they arent looking down at all for their second satchel when double jumping, but when i try to do it, it throws the satchel ahead of me. the only way i seem to be able to double satchel is to look pretty much directly down for the second one

What's RIOT's thinking towards allowing friends to watch other friends with a few minutes delay?
