Far too often at Iron-Gold do I see players not want to push on to site or swing together. Whoever is in front at the point of entry refuses to go in because their teammate is behind them and they just say "stop baiting me!". I notice this...

What is max damage?
I hit a Phoenix for 171 and apparently he was still alive? I thought the max hp was 150, so is there something I'm not getting?
