What is the one thing that really matters if you wanna reach Immortal 1 from Ascendant 1 for the first time ever as a solo q player?

My peak is Ascendant 2 and currently I'm at Diamond 3. That's me being stuck in Diamond elo for the past 2 years.

Although I play Valorant only on Sundays (I play 12-15 ranked games in a row on Sunday), don't think that's the reason why I am hardstuck in Diamond elo since 2 years.

I'm sure there must be players on this forum who were hardstuck in a particular rank and didn't think they could hit Immortal and yet somehow managed to do it. What is the one thing I must remember at all times so that I can achieve the same? I'm honestly looking for some motivation.
