What is with the ping today?

I used to get my ping around 30-35 but today since the KJ fix thingy i am constantly getting 60 ping sometimes 100 and 200 too... What is happening?? (Sad face)

I can't be the only one who thinks this right? This does literally nothing to solve the problem of Instalocking, now instead of instalocking one duelist at a time, it will be one every 20 seconds. Wouldn't this cause even more dodgers/throw...
