what rank does someone need to be in for you to think "yeah, that person who knows how to play the game"? you could also say what rank you are, cause a bronze and an immortal will probably have different answers.

Unrated Q times taking 30+ minutes for anyone?
I'm just trying to play with some friends. I'm diamond 1, one friend is immortal 1, the others are gold and we literally cannot find games on the west coast... Is there really not anyone playing the game ? I never understood how it takes 30...
