what is the real counter to neon ult

I play in gold elo and have insane amounts of trouble not dying every time to Neon ult.

I don't ever position myself to take it full force, but they just run and and blam I am ded even if I strafe

​

My aim is not bad but I am just not able to track her. I don't really have issues tracking a Raze that satchels but this feels way worse

No idea what to do just feels like she literally runs over my teams when she ults

​

Also why doesnt it work like that for me

Was there a secret KJ nerf this patch?

I can't place my turret in spots while jumping this patch, it does the sound and animation but the turret doesn't get deployed, anyone else experiencing this? Edit: Yeah on second thought it's probably an unintended bug.
