i hit plat this act but i detanked immediately and only have 1 triangle of plat wins. do i still get the plat gun buddy?

Am I not understanding the nerf?
"Chamber no longer incurs an additional cooldown when recalling his Anchor after teleporting."
Isn't he supposed to be able to recall his tp and not get cooldown? I'm still getting his full CD

what are some unwritten VALORANT rules?
one that comes to mind for me is: drop your skins to anyone who crouches at you before the round starts. what are yours? :)
