What is the right equipment to buy in pistol round?

I myself buy light shields then a ability or two then stick with the classic, But people say to buy a ghost in pistol round?

What do you guys think?

Anyone know any scenarios or routines on aim trainers that could help with these situations? I get top 5% on almost all static clicking scenarios i play but then when people move around in game this happens
