For example, I remember thinking when Harbor came out, that I'd have liked for him to have some healing? It fits with water, and that way, we'd have a healer Sentinel in Sage, a healer Initiator in Skye, and a healer Controller in Harbor.
That sort of thing, the same with role.

I don't understand Icebox A Site and at this point I'm too afraid to ask.
I don't know how it it is in other ELOs but where I play (Gold) Icebox has at this point seemingly devolved into full A rushes. Every round.
The site just seems completely impossible to hold and also extremely hard to retake from CT spawn...
