I was in a comp game and I was placed into a gold/plat lobby as the only silver. I mid-fragged, but then I was placed back into a silver lobby that all destroyed me. So that leads me to this question right here.

While we're discussing Fade's player icon, let me introduce you to something else that's annoying.
Every new agent that is released gets their own ID card in the battle pass.
Every agent has a normal ID card pose, looking directly at the camera. Except Neon.
