I'm trying to learn the game and can't figure out specifically what these 2 things do. The white one seems to fade and the red may be yellow/orange at times. They seem to indicate some sort of enemy activity but I don't know what they are called to google for more info. If you know the official name, I'm happy to read about it on a page somewhere. Thanks in advance!

The ranking system and smurfs in plat are so bad
I can’t attest for other ranks since I’m hard stuck plat but the smurfs and what not are so bad. I went from D1 to g3 and now bouncing between g3 and p2.

It really is time for either Rankeds or an unrated MMR fix
I know this type of post is pretty common these last days but seeing the lack of answers from devs i guess i'm just gonna make mine aswell. Not blaming the devs i know they work hard but IMO this is number 1 priority to fix and they do not...

Did you know that the ability-icons in the shop are flipped?
This is the case on all agents as far as i know, didnt know that that was a thing, was this changed or did i just miss it all the time? o:
