I personally think both is bad to have in a game but its much more frustrating having a Teammate that clearly has no idea how the game works than an enemy smurf who Destroys you.

Friend Folders?
This is just a quality of life suggestion but I think it’d be pretty cool if you could create folders to organise your friends e.g. discord friends/randoms you met in a game etc.
I havent played many other games so I don’t know if any other...
