What do y'all use to record your games on stretched resolution?

I currently use outplayed for recording my games while using 1440x1080(4:3) resolution. Whenever I rewatch my recorded games, the video looks like its at 16:10 resolution. What program can I use so I can record my games on stretched?

How do I really get better??

I really want to improve in valorant, I really do, but its so hard bouncing back after warming up for 30 mins then bottom fragging the first comp game every time i try to have a session, its really demotivating, idk how you guys bounce back...
