This is no rant but a genuine question. I see the pros and cons of both and it's probably not a big deal either way but if one is afk people have to wait the whole agent selection in order to advance to the next game. League solved this issue by creating a ready-check as soon as a game as found. Why did Riot decide to go this way on VALORANT?

How regularly is the anti-cheat being updated?
I have a concern about the growing closet cheaters in the game, which heavly effects rank and the rank experience for players.
I guess a bit of clarity and a peace of mind in knowing Valorant is actively updating it's anti-cheat.
