like people will literally go out of their way to turn their mic on simply to sigh or say smth unnecessarily toxic, when it’s just as easy to sigh or say smth unnecessarily toxic on your own. it just hurts the team cause whenever someone’s shit talking even when it’s against someone else i instinctively mute, decreasing the amt of comms and energy we would have, lol
