Just curious on how valorant decides on how many ranks should be there? For example, what would be the thoughts behind
- how many levels should exist between a rank ( instead of Silver 1 to Silver 3, why not Silver 1 to Silver 5)
- how many ranks tiers should exist ( like the recently introduced Ascendant )
Is there a pre-defined mechanism/formula that every game adheres to?

How did Omen get to site without us hearing?
The only option for him to get to site was a TP, but we couldn't hear it, even though the hearing range was even further in testing afterwards... Any ideas?
