When I watch top players move around a corner, their crosshairs stay still at head-level, but their body rotates around a corner, kind of like revolving about a corner. Another way to explain is that if they strafe in a direction, their crosshair moves in the opposite direction to maintain watching right next to the corner.
When I try to do this, my crosshairs are pretty shaky and everything feels less smooth, so I would really like to improve at this.
I can try to clarify if my description is not clear enough.

Playing with friends to rank up instead of solo queueing
I have heard a lot of Pro guides and Immortal/Radiant players saying that players in bronze/silver should play with friends instead of solo queueing....
Is this true? If yes what should I as a person with no "friends who play valorant" do...

Im not flicking or micro adjusting frequently and i dont know how to help it?
So im gm in aimlabs i have highs scores on kovaks and ive been champ in siege and for some reason when im playing this game i find myself often just deadzoning my brain like wont flick and wont just auto micro adjust like it normally would....
