Supposedly, to get 144+ FPS you only need a 4460 and a 1050 Ti.
Meanwhile, I have a 4790K and a 5700 XT and can't even get a stable framerate.
When staring at a wall, I get 210 FPS. Before the barrier drop, I get 170 FPS. When coming within hearing distance of someone, it drops to 120 FPS. When people are actively pushing me, I drop to 100 FPS. And obviously, the game loves to stutter and drop to 30 FPS randomly.
