Title says it all. I just don't understand why Riot doesn't let us refund upgraded weapon skins. We're allowed to refund regular skins, so why not these types of skins?? Kinda dumb imo.

We should have a blacklist for valorant
Im pretty sure its been posted before, but i would like a blacklist because the same toxic players keep getting with me and i get super tired even when its not late. My brain literally cant handle it anymore.
