I saw this on breeze in an unr on attacker spawn, it stays there for the whole match, no flickering no anything and its just on the minimap
The screenshot is from a escalation in icebox
any idea what this might be and anyone else experiencing this?

I found out how to properly peek.
So, you need to convince yourself before everytime you peek that there is an ennemy at the angle you peek, just like if you sure that there is, so that your mind is already set to shoot/flick to the ennemy.
Might not work for eve...
