When should you crouch in a gunfight?

I had a bad habit of crouch spraying and unbinding my crouch button fixed that. Went from s1 to g3 without ever using the crouch button, (yeah I had the issue of not being able to rotate through water on pearl) my headshot rate got up, and I wasn't spraying anymore unless I was spamming through smoke or wallbanging.

While watching champions, everyone was crouch bursting so I was thinking that I should start adding it to my arsenal. Everyone online (YouTube coaches and some pros) is still saying crouching in gunfights is bad but champions beg to differ.

Why does Yoru's TP timer go down in the buy phase of a round?

I never understood why Yoru's TP timer decreases in the buy phase of a round. If I mindlessly throw his tp at the beginning of round 1, it'll only be active for around 10 seconds on that round. For other rounds, you can easily lose 20 secon...
