Being queued with people that are an entire rank above me and now I am afraid to play competitive. Is valorant actively trying to make me derank?

I have the Amazon prime vandal in my shop right now, but I already have reaver and glitchpop. Prime is my favorite vandal tho, and I just got payed today so 🥵 but does anyone think I should just save my $10?
