I want to buy the battle pass so I was gonna buy a $10 pre-paid card from Amazon. Will that cover the price for the 1100 VP? Or does it charge tax?

What are the best settings for a 140 GHZ refresh rate?
Just got a new monitor finally so my refresh rate is higher, what are some good settings to turn on? All I have turned on is vsync
