When jumping with satchels should I still be holding W?

I was wondering when jumping around double satcheling should I still be holding W in mid air while strafing? (I am used to CS GO Straftring where you cannot touch W) and should I be crouching?

I’ve just hit diamond so does that mean I’ll get the diamond charm next act ? Or do I need to fill out the triangle with diamond wins ? Also will I get the animated charm or do I need to do something extra for that ?
