Ive noticed i aim suuper low hitting chest and leg shots. Im improving and i plan on doing the spike training to practice on dummies but is there any way to improve quicker without aim trainers

I'm a Silver player and I keep seeing people who were Diamond or PLAT last act or the one prior to it. And they're Silver, when the game is starting I can see the whatevernameitis Triangle with their previous ranks, it's PLAT / GOLD / SILV...
