I usually cant play during the day when everyone is on the wifi,but i would like to practice my aim,pre aim spots etc. offline.So far i have seen there is no way to do so.So i am wondering,is riot games going to add this?

Why do cyphers trips activate on enemy utility?
No other utility in the game gets activated by other utility. Trademark and alarm bot are smart enough to not trigger on other utility. Sentry turret also doesn't shoot at other utility. Skye dog, fade dog, boom bot, owl drone don't activat...
