Some of you might say "go to the discord". I have done that, but I haven't found anyone that wants to actually compete.

What I am looking for in a team are players that want to practice strats, make a good team composition, with well defined roles, and improve over time. Basically, an actual team, not just a group of players.

So are there any servers, communities or whatever where I can find players like this?

EDIT: I am silver 1, peaked Gold 1, and I play in NA
