I play on Stockholm servers because I'm from Norway, and 99% of the encounters are angry Russians in their 30s. I always see the csgo community talk about how friendly valorants community is. So I was wondering what experience you have with your servers?

Have to wait 60s - 90s for everyone to pick
Finally gets into the game
Someone disconnects by afking...
I know you are not supposed to take it seriously, but as someone who plays these modes for study breaks...
