Which Crosshair??? (Dot vs Cross)

I understand this is personal preference but im wondering if one would benefit me more then another..

I use 20cm/360 universal sens im stuck between using a cross or a dot on such a high sens which is better for flicking which is better for precision and what not.

hello, one of my accounts is gold 3 its a solo q only account I won 10 games in a row then started getting into ascendant 2-3 players in my lobbies, then the next game bronze 1-3?
